I started my business in 2014 and provided services part time for a while as I was working in HR.... 13.01.2022 I used to drive over 3 hours for work outside of the Macarthur. My petrol bill was huge and I replaced so many tyres on my car that I lost count. I had a constantly sore back and shoulder problems which cost me a lot of $$$$ at the Physio. I nearly moved out of the Macarthur to move closer to work but my love for our area kept me here (as well as the housing prices!).... Two steps to help you get power and find really good opportunities:... 1 Target three local businesses directly and provide your Resume and your interest in working for their business. Think how far you can to travel and research businesses within this radius. Businesses are recruiting quickly and a lot won't advertise every job. 2 Talk to three people in your network and tell them exactly about the type of work you're looking for. Remember to be specific and to ask them to keep you posted if they hear of anything. Most recruiting happens through word of mouth so tapping into your networks is a must. These steps don't need to happen overnight but they are going to set you apart from the crowd.
