23.01.2022 We would like to thank all our customers for your understanding of this challenging time. Since COVID 19 all businesses have had restrictions put on them. We have a 4-meter square rule, we are in a small shop, we can not fit any more staff in. We had also had taken a short 2-week break, while on this break we took the time to have our equipment serviced. As we are short-staffed we can no longer take orders from Facebook and can not have anyone man the messages. Our two phones do become congested on Friday and Saturday for some time but we try our best to take orders fast ready for the next call. All the staff at The Black Olive really appreciate your understanding.

01.01.2022 To all our valued customers, At the start of 2020, we could not think it could get any worse, hard times continue for all of us. A few changes are needed for us to operate successfully. And we find this really hard to do, to distance ourselves from customers. With social distancing, we would like to ask only one customer at a time in the shop, please. Please order over the phone prior to picking up your order.... We would like to try and limit cash transactions where possible and people use EFTPOS. I can see in the near future that we will only be delivering your order. And in the near future, we will only accept EFTPOS payments. We will be opened from 5pm each day except Mondays as we are closed. See more
