24.01.2022 Why choose natural and non toxic for your babies? We are so passionate about this [obviously] and know that Mummas always want to do the best for their little ones. But sometimes you just don’t know what you don’t know. Our skin absorbs everything we put on it, in it and around it. From what you wear, what you eat and what you lather onto your skin. There are so many products out there that are unsafe and can cause us harm. ... Chemicals in body products, baby products, nappies, wipes, creams and lotions all add to what our body absorbs. These chemicals are hormone disrupters, and when we disrupt our hormones we risk getting sick, increased likelihood of cancer, problems with immunity, fertility, mental health, bone & blood health. Essentially all that is good and healthy is compromised by disrupting our hormones. We don’t want to freak you out and cause stress and anxiety but we do want you to be informed and equipped with information to make good decisions. 06.01.2022 Oh my gosh! I cannot tell you how much my children all looked so much like my husband! Apparently, it’s Gods design for bubs to look just like their father so that the father doesn’t reject the newborn. Which actually makes perfect sense. As a Mumma, we bond with the baby growing inside of us but poor Daddy has no tangible connection to bubs until they are born. It’s funny, my children all looked the same at birth [just like their Father] but a few years on, they all h...ave their own unique look with a hybrid blend of both me and him in looks and personality, facial expressions and even traits. It blows my mind every day. Did your offspring look uncannily like your baby Daddy?

02.01.2022 Oh my gosh! It was an extra BALANCE kind of day today. We had trades in and out of the apartment all day, I had ‘words’ with my hubby, I stubbed my toe AND I accidentally threw $600 in the big bin which my husband then put out for collection Yep - not my best day ever! SO extra balance oil was required today. I needed some seriously calming down and chilling out. I can’t change the crappy day I had but I can take a minute to stop and reflect and breath. Balance make...s a beautiful perfume [I wear it most days] and then add extra during moments of tension or stress. I also roll it all over the children. Every Mumma needs Balance on hand.

02.01.2022 Afternoon naps! Aren’t they just the best? I love knowing that they need a break, a rest, to re-energise. I love the quiet that comes over the house when they are asleep. I love the time that I get for me, to get something done, whether it’s washing or tidying the house, logging in and getting some work done, reading, enjoying a quiet lunch or Netflixing & chill. Sometimes I even snuggle down and enjoy a nap myself - I love to day nap Do your littles still nap?... What do you do when they are asleep? @crystalhipwell
