20.01.2022 Good morning everyone, Happy Friday, This Saturday the 29th of August we have Duck sausages Currywurst~ made with our famous weisswurst sausage sliced and topped with our home made curry sauce with sauerkraut and our fresh Saigon rolls.... Both made with premium ingredients and loads of flavour, if this sounds like something you would enjoy come on down and give it a try. You won't regret it. 19.01.2022 This months special - Merquez A recipe you might like to try serves 4 people Spagetti with Merquez ... 500g Spagetti 1 Onion 2 Tomatoes 2 Capsicum 1 Bundle of Spring onions 500g Merquez (Lamb with Harissa, cinnamon & garlic ) Preparation: Cut Merquez in small pieces and fry with a little olive oil for about 5 minutes. Pan-fry the vegetable with some olive oil or margarine it should have some bite to it. Once the spagetti is cooked (5 7 minutes), drain and add to the sausage and veggie mix. Combine and season to taste.
