19.01.2022 After eight extraordinary years we will be closing The Bridge Room at the end of April. We are excited to announce that we will be opening a new restaurant in early 2021. The closure of The Bridge Room will allow us to focus on a new exclusive venture, which we will share further details in the months to come.... The Bridge Room has been a true labour of love and we feel so honoured to have connected deeply with you, our diners. We have been blessed with so many loyal guests that have dined with us regularly throughout the years and an incredible team who have contributed to the fabric of what The Bridge Room is. We can’t thank Leon and the whole Fink Family enough for their incredible support, collaboration and love during our partnership. We will always consider the Finks our extended family and wish them the greatest success for the future. We look forward to seeing you, our wonderful diners who have supported us over the last eight years, in the coming weeks to toast to the next chapter.
