16.01.2022 Great to be part of this. Check it out and the rest of the resource on www.phenomenom.com.au (yes an M on the end), brought to by Alice Zaslavsky - teacher and Master Chef contestant - and Hort Innovations. Pass it on to all your teacher friends. The welcome to country and native vegetable videos are a wonderful resource for NAIDOC. 11.01.2022 Pizza masterclass for the indigenous students participating to the Kartagup Djinda Ngardak "Perth comes alive under the stars" event organized by Prepare Produc...e Provide. We had a wonderful day at Maalinup Aboriginal Gallery. We shared the knowledge of traditional Italian pizza making with a twist, using bushfood toppings. The students had a go at opening the dough in the traditional way, by hand, and spinning it up in the air before putting their own toppings and baking it in our wood fired oven. That was a lot of fun for everybody. Slow Food Swan Valley and Eastern Regions proudly supported the event. See more
