25.01.2022 Hello all. With all thats happening here in Aus (and abroad) at the moment I hope that you & those around you are doing well, plants included. A lot of necessary steps are being taken on fed. & state levels to ensure things dont get out of hand, most notably the temporary closure of many businesses. The Cacti Guys are fortunate enough to be in a position (for now) where continued business is an option, and Ive decided to continue with all (and only) online sales for the ...time being. Im a sole trader, growing plants on ma lonesome in a nice secluded spot, taking every precaution in packing and handling orders and only making necessary travel day to day. The responsible operation of this little venture and the health of my family & friends (you) are paramount, and as long as Australia Post is committed to getting these plants to your door Ill continue to make them available. Like you Ill be monitoring the situation day-by-day, and should continued operation become an unreasonable risk I will promptly hit the pause button. Were fortunate enough to be based outside metro-Melbourne, but we do have plants growing on 3 different sites that now fall under Stage 4 Lockdown, along with the suppliers of many of our necessary materials. After a close & thorough look at the State Premiers Guide for Business we are permitted to continue operation, packing and posting all orders from regional Vic. We want to thank everyone for your continued support once again, and assure anyone interested in adding some more spiky companions to their collection that were taking all appropriate measures to ensure safety on both ends!
