21.01.2022 Happiest 50th Birthday Irene! An edible luxe gold ice bucket cake! Holding a bottle of #Veuve Clicquot Champagne (the bottle is a real one)... Deliciously light Lemon & Rosemary cake layered with lemon meringue buttercream, decorated in sugar paste with isomalt crushed ice (edible!)

20.01.2022 Congratulations Callum & Kirra! A beautiful county themed rustic wedding cake Bottom tier is Chocolate mud cake layered with chocolate ganache... Middle tier is Raisin, Almond & Chocolate cake layered with chocolate ganache, both bottom and middle tier decorated in white chocolate buttercream Top tier is a traditional brandy soaked fruit cake covered in Royal icing, to be kept for the 1st wedding anniversary! This also went with Chocolate and Vanilla Cupcakes which were not displayed until later in the evening
