20.01.2022 Behind the scenes of lockdown, someone’s been chipping away at projects around the place. Last year the final section of old stables on Crown land at the Showgrounds were demolished .... just a stones throw across the road from The Cattle Shed. These old stables would have had many stories to tell and their final story is being upheld by the repurposing of some of the fragile timber beams. ... The Ag Society’s workshop chief is building a memorial wall inside The Cattle Shed and the warmth of the timber just adds another element to our story. This week it should be up .... here’s to its preparation

01.01.2022 WE’RE BACK! It’s so nice to be open again and doing what we love! Setting up with fresh eyes for a private gathering this weekend. The former cattle arena is evolving into another space as a work in progress for outdoor entertaining along with a secluded beer garden which is also on site at Maydale Reserve.
