Always wash your hands with soap and water when possible, before meals, before distributing medications and off course after the bathroom. Its also a good idea to carry hand sanitizer with you incase you dont have access to soap and water.

04.01.2022 Last week two of our team headed to the Australian Transplant Games on the Gold Coast. Kate Rootsey is a veteran of the TX games and for Paul McKean it was his first games. Paul walked away with 2 gold medals from his two golf events(only golfer to win two gold medals) and Kate won an amazing 8 medals. Both agreed it was an awesome event in which they were both proud to honour their donors. ...
