14.01.2022 If you have heard yourself say "I dont like being out of my comfort zone" you are not alone. We are all creatures of comfort, especially in more recent times. The important thing, is not to limit yourself with the fear of the unknown and unintentionally closing the door to opportunities that might be trying to reach you. ... These opportunities may not be familiar of comfortable to you (just yet) although you might be surprised who or what comes to your "door" when it appears to be open. Is this the week you take a small step out of your comfort zone and try something new? (We dont mean go and bungee jump of the Remarkables Mountain the minute NZ opens the borders) we are all for the slower, and smaller steps that lead to greater things here at The Change Room. Set yourself a challenge this week and see if you can surprise yourself and open up that "comfort zone door". Food for thought.
