19.01.2022 This little section of tiles was strategically placed at the entrance of an accountants office to catch the dirt that people walk in on their feet, to save the carpet. The manager told me the office has been getting cleaned once a week for about ten years and that routine has always been considered adequate, so I can only assume that the dirt has built up over the course of time and has gone unnoticed. If you have a small office which is occupied by five to ten people, I can provide a weekly cleaning service (outside regular business hours) for around $50 to $60 per week which includes emptying bins, dusting, wiping desks, cleaning kitchen and bathrooms, and a vacuum and mop.

05.01.2022 I was asked by the owner of a shop to seal some newly laid vinyl planks, I applied five coats of Agar Chemicals "supernova" with a buff after the 3rd coat. The floor is 100% dry in both of these pictures! Looks awesome huh

05.01.2022 This floor is made of vinyl tiles, and it get's cleaned every day. I was told by the manager of the store, that it had been sealed about 18 months prior to the service I completed, but the seal had not been maintained and had all-but worn off. It actually wasn't difficult to get this result! I ran an automatic scrubbing machine over the floor, then buffed it.
