I have: ... 2 2hr fortnightly on a Thursday 1 2hr fortnightly on a Friday 1 2hr fortnightly on a Wednesday 1 2hr fortnightly on a Monday Send me a message if you are interested in any of these spots.

17.01.2022 This week I have a helper so if anyone needs a one off clean or an extra clean I have a couple spots available each day for anyone who needs it. Please private message me if you or anyone you know would like to book one in.

11.01.2022 Another year is almost over so I'd like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you for your continued support through another year. I know this year has certainly been one out of the ordinary and things have been tough for everyone in one way or another. I am truly grateful for those who have stuck by me whether for a short time or the entire year of 2020. Thank you. Merry Christmas to you all and please have a safe holiday whatever you may be doing. 10.01.2022 Hi. Im going to be doing this in support of family and friends who suffer with mental health. My goal here is 60km but I will be aiming for 100kms. 09.01.2022 This morning I reached 93kms. Ive already upped my kms from 60km to 100km and now im going to up it again to 150kms. Donations are still being welcomed via the link below until 31st October. Thanks for the support

04.01.2022 Good morning everyone. Just thought I'd give you all a quick update. I just realised my last one was on the 11th October. Ive upped my kms to 200 and have 4 to go which I will do tomorrow morning. Everything after that will be a bonus and keeping me fit. Anyone who wishes to still donate there are 6 days left to support this amazing cause. A big thank you to those who have supported me through my journey I will be back at the end of the week for a final update.
