25.01.2022 We’ve reached February, so just a reminder that The Collection will be performing at Shearwater Tavern in the Garden NEXT SATURDAY THE 9TH from 6:30pm. Come along for some fun music, some great food and some cold drinks!
24.01.2022 This Sunday from 3pm to 8pm THE COLLECTION will be having our own brand of music fun at La Mar, Turners Beach. Come out and join us, Hungry Whale and Johnny Marchand, as well as entertainment for the kids. There will be food and drinks available. Adults $15, kids $5 at the gate.... 14.01.2022 We wanted to thank all those that came down to Ulverstone Live@theWharf last night. We had loads of fun and hope you did too. Next Saturday night 11th May as publicised elsewhere, we are at the Ulverstone RSC on King Edward Street. The the next day Sunday 12th is Mother’s Day and we will be at Devonport RSC from around 2pm.
14.01.2022 A big thank you to Andrew Cooper our flamboyant lead guitarist who has moved to Cairns for a new exciting life. Andrew joined Steve and myself 6 years ago and we have done hundreds of gigs together over those years. Many a bottle of red was consumed at rehearsals and we had a lot of fun. In the six years we played together Andrew only swore at me once! Not bad going ehh! So all the best to you and Tanya on your new adventures. We will miss you and Tanya heaps but life is ful...l of changes and nothing remains the same. From your band mates Paul and Steve. Also thanks to Brendan King and Brad Von Rock for filling in so we can fulfill our remaining gigs for this year. Stay tuned for that.
09.01.2022 After a busy, busy period The Collection are back on the road again. We are looking forward to playing on Saturday 9th February at Shearwater Tavern in the Beer Garden. Open to everyone, and no door charge. Come along for a fabulous meal as well. We will perform from 6:30pm to 10pm.... Best to book a table, the food is so good, you don’t want to miss out. 07.01.2022 Last night The Collection played our stuff at Stanley’s Seaview Inn. What a great night and what a fantastic place to visit. The views from The Seaview Inn lounge bar windows are amazing. Can’t wait to do it all again in daylight saving so we can watch twilight over the Nut while we do all the old retro music songs. If you missed this one, watch out for the next one. Excellent reasonable cost accommodation too, to save that drive back home.
