11.01.2022 Hola Foodies and friends as we fire up the BBQ this week there are some changes we've adapted to similiar to restaurants and what's set out as guidelines as you already know. Not required for you to sign on however if in any event someone tests positive and we get alerted we would also like to alert you. Napkins, straws and cutlery are no longer available for self serve. We will hand over with each meal. Ideally if someone is positive and doesn't know and touches all the napk...ins we are doomed, this way we can slow or stop the spread. The one I hate the most no more handshakes and fist bumps. We also have masks for anyone that would like especially if the smoke gets strong We still accept cash and will sanitize hands after each transaction. Quick bedtime story The Cookout journey actually started at end of 2016 at the back of petrol station down south in Unanderra. Free rent why not take the opportunity for the experience . Lasted about 2 months the travel, time and our different schedules got to us. ... I continued on The Cookout out and just turned up. Week in, week out, year after year. Process is the progress. Wanted to pull the in 2018 tbh. A few years on I'm able to have staff and assistance (Forever thankful), better equipment and processes have improved. You live and learn. Make mistakes and Improve. Fast foward to today. I really wanted service to be quick as good as Macas. You order your food at the speaker box and drive around it's there! So I drew up my plans and gave them to my engineer (Dad) and his right hand (Uncle). Hopefully the cookout4000 trailer will make life easier and serve you better in this next chapter.
