Choose either the crystal calendar or the seed calendar (a collaboration with @settlerhives ) and enjoy opening, and learning about a new crystal or seed each month. Use the crystals in your everyday life to help connect you to self, your environment and those around you, or pop the seeds in the ground and relish the satisfaction of growing your herbs and flowers. We think these would make the perfect present for crystal and gardening enthusiasts, a gift that keeps on giving all year long!

We are lucky enough to be receiving some locally grown cabbages in store today, perfect for getting your kraut on in the kitchen Nutrient-dense, and full of pre and probiotic goodness, sauerkraut (or any fermented veg combo really), is a delicious functional food, which helps support gut health and general wellbeing, when consumed as part of a balanced diet. Add to this, it’s cheap and easy to make, and will keep for ages in your fridge, you’ve got yourself a fabulous and affordable food as medicine option to add to your meals.

Just in time for all those spring and summer grazing platters, @thewholefoodkitchen.au certified organic, vegan, and gluten free dips are good enough to eat with a spoon. Best of all they come in glass jars which gets a massive tick from us!

14.01.2022 Soooooo it was our 3rd birthday last week.... and I forgot. Whoops, who knew being a new mum would be so distracting?? I thought about letting it pass by without a mention, however, after some reflection of the past three years, and in particular the last few months, it made me pretty proud of how far we have come. If someone had of told me that in our first three years we would also experience two significant health episodes, a wedding, and a pregnancy and new baby in the m...idst of a global pandemic, I likely would of run for the hills. But, with the support of our wonderful community, and a team of the most amazing woman with us every step of the way, working tirelessly despite so much uncertainty, I’m so grateful that my little dream is not only still running, but has also been able to evolve and grow, even with so many challenges along the way. Big love and so much thanks to anyone who has been part of the ride so far. Happy 3 years to us, looking forward to many more

11.01.2022 So after nearly blinding my baby after the sun reflected of my bare, pale legs over the weekend, I decided it’s time to get this guy back out of the bathroom cupboard! We love the whole @ecotan tanning range, but my favorite by far is their Hempitan body water. It applies really easily, especially when using an application mitt, it’s lightweight and dries incredibly fast. Gotta love that!

06.01.2022 One of the many reasons I wanted to have a shop was to have a place where people could come and select and blend their own unique mix of herbal teas. I wanted it to be like an old lolly shop where you could ask for a bit of that, one of those, or a mixed bag, but for dried herbs obvs! So thats what we created, an entire wall dedicated to organic loose herbs, so you can blend and steep until your heart’s content! Don’t know where to start? We also have our own in store blends that have been created by our resident naturopath (me) to not only give your health a bit of a boost, but also taste a bit spesh too
