02.01.2022 Dear friends, loved ones + guests, Following global actions taken to reduce the spread of COVID-19, we wanted to take this opportunity to reassure you that our whole crew at Bon Vivant Group (The Cricketers Neighbourhood Eatery, Firehouse Hotel + The Villager) will continue to take all possible proactive measures to protect both guests + staff. Above + beyond our usual high standards of health + hygiene practices, we have reviewed our procedures + will now also:... - Be wiping down, with sanitised solutions (+60% alcohol), all high traffic surfaces each hour, including but not limited to, door handles, bathrooms surfaces + bar tops. - Provide hand sanitisers at all hand wash areas (front + back of house), in all bathrooms + at each of our bars. - Ensure that all tables are at least 60cm apart. - Sanitise tabletops prior to each booking, + at the beginning + end of each shift. - Heat treat all cutlery, crockery + glassware during cleaning + only set tables once guests have ordered. - Insist that any staff member that has recently travelled abroad are quarantined for a 14-day period + only allowed to return to work once medically cleared. - Work with you to postpone or relocate any bookings + events should your personal preference be to do so. - Continue to offer our menu via @UberEATS_aus + will increase the offering available to assist with self-isolation demands. As a community, it is only natural to retreat + hibernate during times like these. However, we do ask that you remember that local businesses need your support. Our staff members, their families + our associated suppliers are all dependants on your patronage. We want to continue to be able to do what we love, which is to provide all our guests + staff with a fun, safe + entertaining environment.
