20.01.2022 Interesting... my eldest daughter has been unwell and had a very restless sleep last night. She always asks for oils when she feels off or out of balance - I love that she is listening to her body too. Tonight when I came upstairs I could smell the scent coming from the diffuser that she had set up intuitively - lemongrass and peace. When reading the emotional profile of these oils lemongrass is said to have a powerful mission to cleanse physically, emotionally and spiritually and peace helps individuals who lack inner peace. Wow, amazing she has been sick and restless and was able to pick oils that will support and help her in her present state.
