11.01.2022 Well, what an interesting week we have had! Just an update : The Dutch Club will remain closed until November 30th with the first group returning to be the Monday morning group. Provided the restrictions lift we hope to return to normal from Tuesday December 1st. Of course just to top off a crappy year our Sinterklaas stock arrived during the lockdown So we will be selling it off at very low prices and will be open for sales this FRIDAY November 27th from 9am to 3pm. We can also take phone orders on the day for pick up at a later date. This sale applies to all Sinterklaas stock including chocolate letters!!

10.01.2022 Please call Tracy on 0400 553 893 to book for a great night out!

04.01.2022 Missing the tulip fields of home what do you think of these in Tasmania?

03.01.2022 KINDERFEEST... Due to the ongoing social distancing restrictions and the lack of pepernoten and chocolate letters The Dutch club has decided to cancel our KINDERFEEST for 2020. Unfortunately St. Nicholas is unable to get here this year but he will definitely be back in 2021 Our Sinterklaas stock has been delayed but we are still hopeful of getting some stock in the next few weeks... we hope!

02.01.2022 Due to the current outbreak being in very close vicinity to the Dutch club we’ve decided to be a bit cautious and close the club until further notice and until things calm down a bit in the local community... hopefully! Rembrandt Living are also restricting their activities so if you are a client please contact them for further advice.

02.01.2022 The Dutch Club hosted a Remembrance Day Service by the Netherlands Ex-Servicemen's and Women's Associates (NESWA) to commemorate the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month. The service was held inside this year, with the war memorial visible in the garden through the window due to the threat of bad weather. A light lunch and apple tart for dessert was enjoyed by all, thanks to Joanne Kegel. "They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old; Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn. At the going down of the sun and in the morning We will remember them" R.L Binyon 1914
