04.01.2022 Due to incredible demand here is the legend Sumi's Veggie Rissole Recipe 1 egg, 1 cup of besan flour, 2 cups of grated carrots, 1 mixed cup of finely grated celery tops, capsicum and onion, 1/2 tin of corn kernels, 1 cup of grated cheese, 1 cup of cooked brown rice, 1 cup of mashed potatoes, 1 tablespoon of mixed herbs, 2 tablespoons of mild curry powder. Mixed ingredients all together and then make into a patty then rolling them in bread crumbs. Deep or shallow fry in cooking oil of choice. Then tuck in!
