In the understanding that we are set to fill some extremely large shoes, we would like to invite expressions of interest from adequately experienced individuals. The right candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a bar/restaurant management role and be looking to take the next step in their hosp...itality career in a position of leadership and responsibility. Applicants must have several years experience on both the bar and floor, as well as a broad knowledge of, and passion for, classic cocktails and Everleigh style service specifically. We are looking for a highly skilled, deeply dedicated and thoroughly hardworking individual, motivated by the prospect of being submerged in all elements of operations at The Everleigh and our associated companies and projects. We are looking for a leader, adequately qualified to educate, nurture, discipline and drive an aspirational and growing team. We will provide full-training and in response, expect long-term commitment. We are not in a position to sponsor and therefore are unable to consider those without permanent Australian residency. We have no room for your ego and no time for arrogance. We run a tight ship and have a great ride.
