20.01.2022 *The answers you seek can only be sourced from within!* NC Empowerment comes as a result of doing a self analysis by going on a self exploration expedition in search of your truth, in search of the meaning to your life. This will probably be the hardest thing you've ever done because pretending you're happy when you feel yourself dying a little each day and you don't know why, is much easier to do.... For years we go around wearing masks, pretending we're happy, when infact, we're doing it for the benefit of our loved ones. How do you start the journey to your happiness/empowerment? Start with being totally honest with yourself and others about your feelings. If your Soul is calling you to greater things, listen to it, be guided by it. Search your heart, look at yourself in the mirror each day and take notice of what you see. Do you see the amazing being that you truly are? Do you know how priceless you are to your Master Creator? Take note of your thoughts, are they empowering are they defeating? You are as UNIQUE as your fingerprints so stop comparing yourself to everyone else and start embracing your awesomeness! If you are not happy with your life as it is, you are the only one who can change it! You cannot change others and how they treat you, the only one you can change, is you! 12.01.2022 We aren't aware that we choose the thoughts we focus on but we do! If you find that you're not happy or feel you have no control over your life, it's because you're too much in your head, focusing on, the what ifs and what was etc and in doing so, you give your power to the ego mind, which works from fear, rather than the authentic you, which works from LOVE. I'm here to tell you, that YOU create your life, either based on fear (the what ifs) or based on faith (connecting to ...your Source), which can only be done through having an open heart. No one can empower YOU....but YOU! I can only guide you on how to empower yourself, however, the choice is ALWAYS YOURS to make! Here's a tip for you... Start with taking notes of your thoughts and see what happens. Really notice where your focus is most of the time. Are you in Victim mentality or Victor mentality? 01.01.2022 No matter what storm you may be going through, KNOW that there's ALWAYS a RAINBOW on the other side of the storm! While we go through storms and the clouds are so dark, it seems like the Sun will never Shine...thus, the RAINBOW appears, as a symbol of HOPE, that all IS WELL, if you just believe it! In order to see the RAINBOW, you must LOOK UP! ... Trust me, I've been through many storms and what I've learned is...the SKY is ALWAYS BLUER and the SUN is always BRIGHTER....after the storms passes!
