07.01.2022 Today - September 7 - is World Threatened Species Day. These Bennett’s Wallabies are not a Threatened Species but unless Australia tightens its environment laws - Environment Protection Biodiversity Conservation Act - many of our wonderful animals could join what is already a long list. The federal government is currently seeking to reduce its control over protection of the environment. Go to https://epbcactreview.environment.gov.au//review-and-how-h. If we don’t act quickly we will lose Koalas, Swift Parrots and Tasmanian Devils and possibly many other species as well in the next short few years.

02.01.2022 Humans only get time to adjust if they begin reducing CO2 emissions this decade and continue on with that. The other choice is extremely dangerous as the heating becomes self fulfilling.
