What you will need: 1 cup bicarbonate of soda 25 drops dTERRA Easy Air Clear Blend cup water Instructions: 1. Combine bicarbonate of soda and water in a small bowl. Mix well. 2. Add 25 drops (depending on the desired potency) to the mixture. Stir until well combined. 3. Pack mixture into small silicone moulds and allow to set overnight. 4. Where should I put it? How often? How much should I dilute? Sometimes people are so unsure of what to do that they do NOTHING. Here’s my tip: Open the book & find an oil that is good for your ailment. Put a few drops of oil on. Anywhere. It will absorb into whatever area you put it on & go directly to the place it needs to go. Done. You don’t need to know everything before you use them. You learn as you go. Freedom.

05.01.2022 I have suffered my whole life with occasional feelings of anxiousness" And by occasional I mean, every single second of every single day. My 20s was a rollercoaster of trying to self medicate and using alcohol as my go to thing to try to soothe it, but it only got worse....
