21.01.2022 | Lockdown. Naturally this sends the majority of people (me included) into panic mode. I've questioned what I used to talk to people about before this became the forefront of peoples minds. I'm also questioning my choice of career as I sit in isolation post UK travels (100% healthy might I add). Whilst thinking very irrationally mid panic, someone far wiser said to me:... "You cannot control and manipulate the uncontrollable, this is out of everybody's hands and we have to ride it out universally. Take advantage of what you can control and don't blame yourself or worry about obstacles you're facing right now". With that and my new found ' ', I endeavour to take full advantage and use my time wisely: Get online (who wants a virtual PT?) Home workouts Online course Podcasts/Reading Bike rides (I'm way too fast to catch a virus ) Spring clean my house Cooking/Learning new recipes Napping - I've always wanted to nail this skill Write lists. 01.01.2022 | Team Yard! For anyone who knows me well enough, I am fairly impatient. If I want to do something, I want it yesterday. Growing the Fitness Yard during a worldwide pandemic, post moving across the world, during a country lockdown meant my patience has been maxed out....
