24.01.2022 #nowpouring at the Pinny! @mikkellerbeer is a legendary brewery from somewhere in Europe and this brut IPA made with Riesling juice from their vineyards is a fantastic beer! Stocks are limited :-o

18.01.2022 Officially, it's July. And while an optimist might say this year is half empty, others might say it's time for a lil break from the booze. Well we here at the Pinny have planned (in advance!) For this very occasion and have secured some of the most outstanding and delicious non-alcoholic beer. @mikkellerbeer flemish grapefruit looks like a beer, tastes like. A fantastic beer, but will keep you dry, in July (whoa that rhymes??)

14.01.2022 At the Pinny we try to always have high hygiene standards and recently they have grown even higher. We now have limited our "touch areas" to glasses/plates/cutlery, and tables (that are wiped down after every use). There should be almost no other areas that you have to touch while you're here. We are only accepting card payments, we have removed tables for more social distance, reduced our opening hours, and cancelled all entertainment. We hope to provide a clean space for a quality meal and a quick beer or two, with the presence of mind to limit time and exposure to the outside world before returning home. As always, this is an evolving crisis and we will strive to be the best we can and evaluate everything as it happens.

13.01.2022 Lots of things happening behind the scenes at your local Fitzroy Pinnacle as we always try to put a positive spin on our situations, no matter how difficult that can be. As the restrictions start to loosen, we are going to be finishing up some projects that we started, and so in the coming weeks, when we find out if the restrictions are easing or tightening back up, we will be ready. See you later in June for some outstanding seated meals and BEER!

12.01.2022 Every Tuesday we have tacos, well, everyday we have tacos. But on Tuesday they are cheaper and you know what? They make us all happy. Come try our increasingly famous Kangaroo and our always delicious Mushroom tacos ;D

12.01.2022 All set to open this Friday! A couple of things to note: - Booking module is now live from our fb and insta pages - We are booking out 40 out of 64 spots which means sometimes there's room for walk-ins but can't promise anything. - Bookings for 1.75 hours starting at 4/430 and 6/630... - Bookings starting at 8/830 will end when we close (slightly longer sessions) - If you want a longer session book the later one or message the page and we'll try to accomodate you!! - Groups max out at 10 and there's only really one spot to fit that amount of people We are so excited to have you back in and hanging out with us. Please wear masks into the venue and when walking around it. Also, beer :-)

11.01.2022 Thank you for all the excellent vibes these past few weeks and also for your understanding of the new rules in place which kept yourselves and our staff safe. We had a great time hanging out with you and although we have been interrupted by 2020 once again, we are excited to unpause when everything has cooled off.

10.01.2022 #nowpouring TWO types of gluten free beer. What a world we live in. Should we expand our range? Do you have a fav gfree beer that is awesome and we should know about?

08.01.2022 Aaaaand we're back. Inside bookings available from 4-6, 6-8, and 8-10! Outside (we got heaters!) Bookings and walk-ins from 4-8.... We have a an awesome limited menu with mains from $10 while food is mandatory, and will be building on it as things continue to ease. Come have a responsible time and get your tap beer fix! Call the pub phone for bookings and Facebook us for larger functions (book out our beer garden for a few hours why not?!) We are taking all government suggested measures seriously, please avoid if you are feeling ill and get tested! We currently have a limit of 6 people per table, 2 hour maximum booking. Until Monday it is mandatory that everyone is eating food while being here. Our maximum capacity is 20 inside, 20 outside.

05.01.2022 Kangatarians believe that a sustainable food source is what we are really after, and I tend to agree with them. Kangaroo is part of life here in Australia which sometimes we forget to be thankful for. But on an even larger and more foldable scale, Tacos exist. And this idea alone is good enough reason for me to maintain faith in humanity.
