It's baked eggs in a tomato sauce with Persian feta, mint and pita, topped with a spicy capsicum, onion and schug.... Schug is a condiment originating from Yemen. It's more than a hot sauce, it's a house made, hand-ground mixture and it delivers this bright heat to any dish, trust us, it makes our Shakshuka sing! Try it this weekend! See more
