COURSE ONE - HER AND HIM Spiced stuffed lamb fig with pomegranate jewels - the wife is a creative and fun jeweller ... Spanish Kroket with a paved Smokey praprika aioli- Josh is a down to earth converter with Dutch heritage. COURSE TWO - THE FIRST DATE Japanese wasabi panna cotta with a yuzu carrot salad, adobo pineapple pickle and a peanut butter brittle. He asked her out on a date at a foo fighters concert (this was a food fighter in your mouth) on a river cruise date (seaweed river bed) Their future looked full of good things (volunteer work in the Philippines and East Timor) plus she loves Japanese food! COURSE THREE - THE WEDDING Their wedding was like a fairytale... Prince Charming - the beef cheeks, a sweet pea princess foam, a soft billowing cloud of cauliflower purée for the princess head. And every fairytale needs a bad guy... the chilli coral! COURSE FOUR- THE HAPPY SWEET ENDING Their beautiful family... daughters velvet and sapphire . red velvet white chocolate cheesecake icecream. Blueberry lemon sapphire jellies. And a baked chocolate ganache. @ Berowra Waters

The Bad Girl MargarIPA The name bad girl rhi rhi just needs to be a margarita, because you know whenever a margarita is a round there is gonna be a good time. Who doesn’t love a margarita, fun, happy chilled out... but wait a sec this is rhi shes not your average margarita she is the chilli jalepen...o one. You know the one people are hesitant to choose. Most girls flock to the classic girly margarita giving it a huge hug and kiss but this is only for the bold, brave and those willing to give it a go. No hugs and kisses here please. Enter at risk but just wait to be delighted! She’s worth every sip muddled with kiwi or fejoa and a dash of IPA to finish it off! ... there is more to this description but I’m happy to just share the intro! 18.01.2022 A beautiful family celebrating an eleven year anniversary hired my services to create a personality matched cocktail for the wife and husband. This was the result. It’s always a little daunting creating a personality match when you haven’t met the person... I was delighted and blown away to hear that it described her to a T. And her mother cried when she read it! Personal gifts that are thoughtful and share how you feel about someone are just the best and I loooove being the delivery driver of a loving gift. Best job ever!

12.01.2022 L E N T I L M A N O O S H I The Egyptians do a marvellous thing for breakfast I think it’s like their vego nite on toast. Pan fried flatbread with olive oil, sea salt and zattar. It’s crispy, salty, zesty and a party in your mouth and it’s only 9am! Being gluten free I decided to give it a go on some of my lentil flatbread... I’m pleased to say that this is my new fav breaky. I am going to add some eggs and spinach on one today. Mmm poached eggs with crispy lentil flatbread... and herbs anyone? I adapt a recipe by @daytimevegan and just add whatever is going... fig and walnut, current and rosemary, hazelnut and orange! I love that I know what’s in it, no additives and it keeps for a week in the fridge. 02.01.2022 Got my hands on one of @constance.muriel.grey amazing boxes this week and what a treat. As soon as I got home I couldn’t help but whip these vegetables into a creation. So we had saffron risotto stuffed zucchini flowers with a side of endive blood orange salad with goats cheese and currents! The vegetables are so amazingly fresh and crisp needless to say but it made this meal extra special to know a friend hand picked these! Thank you Stefania for all your hard work! @ Elanora Heights
