Focus on general strength, 60 - 80% of rep max for the weight, or if you don't know your rep max for that exercise, chose a weight that you feel is easy to start the reps but by 10, you feel you may have 2 or 3 reps left in you. Aim for 10 reps and 3 sets. Focus on the basic movements, pushes, pulls, squats. Finish off with a 4 minute row.
