South Australian Spencer Gulf Prawn Toast on slices of Freshly baked toasted baguette with a light sprinkle of semi roasted sesame seeds Pan Seared Jumbo Scallops with fresh Corn Puree and Yuzukosho Chicken Yakitori with Crispy Skin Delicately Charcoal Grilled on a Hibachi Japanese A5 Wagyu Yakitori imported direct from Japan Japanese Smoked Duck with Caramelised Parsnip, Shiitake, Date, Fresh Truffle and Dashi jus Alaskan King Crab Seafood Risotto infused with Prawn oil.. All for $65 only. Set menu only. Bookings are a must and dietary/allergens need to be advised 48 hours in advance please.
