11.01.2022 Wow! Our Building Design students have won the 2020 Design Matters National award for Best Student Group Project! Congratulations to Zane, Ramona, and Brayden for their stellar entry. We can't wait to see how your careers develop as building designers. Check out the group's proposed Incline Bay Hotel and Restaurant design below. It is proposed that this development will bring tourism and recreation to the Point Henry redevelopment site. The hotel features three levels, includ...ing reception and accommodation, and an underground tunnel connecting the car park to the beach. The second building has a restaurant on the top level and lower level, a café for casual meals, and a pool and change rooms. The design is intended to blend with the surroundings via green roofs, timber cladding, and glazed walls and balustrades.
