25.01.2022 Our unique and antique item auction is a monthly auction filled with vintage, antique and unique finds. This month's auction features this antique jug, radio and clock which would make a great addition to any collection. Pop into the shop to place a bid on any of our auction items. We're open, Tue- Sun, 8am to 4pm.



19.01.2022 Each month we run a rare and unique item auction here at The Green Tuncurry. We gather a range of unusual items and ask our customers to bid in a silent auction.... Last month this beautiful leadlight fitting was up for sale. What rare finds have you encountered on your visit to The Green Shop?

18.01.2022 Lots of fun had by everyone who came along to our Open Day yesterday! We celebrated International Day for People with a Disability and our awesome crew from the Plants for Purpose Program. Christmas carols, a pizza picnic and a showcase of their work at the Green Garden was enjoyed by all.

16.01.2022 Spring is the perfect time to enjoy time in the garden. We have a range of plants and succulents available now, most grown onsite at Tuncurry by our Green Garden volunteers. Pop in this weekend, we're open 8am - 4pm Tuesday - Sunday.

12.01.2022 Scraps to Soil workshop coming soon to the Tuncurry Community Recycling Centre! Saturday 23rd March, 1.00 to 3.00pm. Make sure to get in quick as spots are limited, you can register via the MidWaste website. Scraps to Soil is an incredible value for money workshop + you’ll learn all there is to know about turning your kitchen scraps into amazing food for your garden and soil. It’s only $20 for a two-hour practical workshop and you get to take home either 2000 worms, a worm farm and worm mat, or a compost bin and aerator (worth over $150 for equipment only if purchased elsewhere). WOW!

03.01.2022 : The Green Tuncurry will be closed for renovations next week from Monday 19th August- Wednesday 21 August. We will be reopening on Thursday 22nd August with our fresh new look and plenty of up-cycling bargains!
