22.01.2022 With over 80 wines by the bottle, it can be a tough time deciding which one to choose!why not go with this gorgeous little Primitivo, Sangiovese blend from Puglia. Made with a special natural grape drying process called Appassimento. The grapes are left on the vine to over ripen and dry in the sun, strengthening the flavour and creating very unique characters! Tastes rich and full flavoured of spicy plums with strong tannins and perfect acidity. A staff pick for sure! A high quality organic flour that is grown with passion and ecological balance as a priority. Produced from grain grown by certified organic farmers and entirely free from chemicals, fertilisers or pesticides. . . Although this switch is costing us more, we have decided to keep our prices the same.
