25.01.2022 TRANSFORMATION has been a big theme for me the past week, so I’ve honoured the wave and alll the emotions and focused on Self Awareness + Self Love The signs have been coming each day, in many wonderful (some weird!) ways another confirmation that the universe is always talking to us, as long as we are open to seeing/hearing those messages! A frog on the window, then TWICE in our car, Oracle cards, a bag of bath crystals - and on Saturday one of my clients sent... me a pic of an oracle card saying ‘I feel like this was meant for you’ There’s no coincidence here! It was a hard week for me personally but my spiritual support team was working hard to deliver messages! And it helped so much I recorded a podcast episode all about universal signs + how to connect with them. And I tell the frog story too! 22.01.2022 24 hours away with no reception looks a little like... There is so much power in taking time away to switch off + reset. Particularly when we all less such busy lives! Stress can creep in and affect your energy, mindset + mood. That’s why my hubby Scott + I have created this monthly ritual and honestly I wonder why we didn’t do it sooner! ... It might not be a night away, but whatever it is, I highly suggest finding what fills your cup, and prioritising that regularly For us, it’s important to prioritise health holistically. We both work super hard in our businesses, so the way to make that sustainable is to view self care from the perspective of prevention, rather than ‘fixing’ things when burn out strikes Eek, been there more than I’d like to admit! Once you discover what tops you up, make it just as important as other appointments you value (Eg hair, nails,waxing) and you’ll notice your energy + mood + mindset greatly improve which flows into all areas of your life - and that’s the vibration that leads to more magic! 19.01.2022 My fave meal on rotation right now... my base chakra-balancing bowl! Veggie curry, roasted pumpkin, steamed broccoli topped with sunflower seeds & nutritional yeast - YUM! So how does this meal help balance the Base Chakra? Eating foods like curries, Dahl, hearty soups and roasted vegetables (particularly root sweet potato and pumpkin ) are so nourishing in winter because they feel ‘comforting’ when we eat them. The Base chakra is our energy of safety and security, ...and so as we eat these foods, we feel nourished, grounded & safe ... which does wonders for our overall wellbeing Also, the Base Chakra is connected to the Earth element in nature, which is why we feel so grounded & calm when we spend time outside. So... eat food grown in the earth, and you’ll be connected to that divine energy too! While no chakra is more important than another, I find that this is the chakra I work with clients a lot to bring back to balance. If you feel stressed, anxious, overwhelmed, tired or ‘too busy’ this is the chakra you NEED to give love to! See more

19.01.2022 Good morning! I decided to skip washing my hair this morning to give myself some extra time so I wouldn’t be rushing to work! Anyone else have to factor in a full 45mins for their hair to be washed, dried, straightened/curled?! Anyway, I digress! Basically the extra time meant I could pop all my plant babies outside for a good watering AND share this little video of my meditation altar I love having all my cards, crystals & trinkets here as it makes usin...g them very easy! I also picked up a new lavender & camomile facial spray the other day and it’s my new obsession! A little spritz or two before meditation and I’m in the zone! 18.01.2022 DO YOU PRAISE YOURSELF? Do you complete a task or reach a goal... only to say ‘NEXT!’ and keep forging on? Or do you downplay your achievements like they don’t mean anything? Most women I work with fall into one of the categories above! And I definitely can be guilty of this too! so I work consciously to build my confidence & self love muscle through affirmations & other nourishing practices I feel as though so many of us learnt very young, that celebrating ourselv...es was in some way ‘bad’ so instead we minimise the good. Sounds crazy hey? Today, I set you a challenge! Praise yourself! 18.01.2022 FUN STORY TIME! So about a month ago my laptop was declared dead when it randomly stopped working... and yesterday it CAME BACK TO LIFE! As much as I respect the tech geniuses at the Apple Store I had a feeling I couldn’t quite give up on it yet... ~ So everyday since, I’ve still had it on my desk while I’ve been using my hubby’s and telling it to have a rest and come back when it’s ready I know, random but I don’t mind a chat with an inanimate object! ... Yesterday, I took my hubby’s laptop to a presentation I was doing. He didn’t realise I had taken it, so went in to my office to grab what he thought was his laptop - but actually was the ‘dead’ one .... Funny part was when I got home he started asking me about how I changed his desktop pic etc - which obviously led to the realisation he had been using my laptop all day!! And it was working again! Moral of the story: Sometimes all you need is a bit of time to SWITCH OFF and REST. Then you can come back, when you’re ready, and get started again See more

18.01.2022 HAPPY... PROUD... FLOATY... that’s how’s I’m feeling after the most magical day teaching Reiki Level One! Reiki came into my life in an unexpected way, and I count my blessings everyday that it did! Almost 5 years later, I now have the honour of teaching it to beautiful women who are trusting their intuition and following the call too ... I couldn’t have dreamt this up 5 years ago! 17.01.2022 HOW DO I MOTIVATE MYSELF to eat better... start to meditate... exercise.... do those jobs I keep putting off... I get asked these questions all the time! My answer is normally - how much do you want the end result? How is your current situation a problem for you? If you can see how much you want the result, if you realise it IS an issue you want to solve, you’ll be more likely to take action! ... Interestingly, many people fear the exact thing that they want so badly (subconsciously) so instead the pattern is to procrastinate & self sabotage instead. This behaviour keeps us small, keeps us from shining bright and reaching our FULL POTENTIAL So I recommend.... MINDSET WORK = AWARENESS - Take time each day to connect with your energy + thoughts. I recommend meditation any kind, it’s amazing! - Journal so that you can become aware of what you’re thinking, feeling, suppressing, desiring. - visualise yourself with the desired result, and connect to this deeply. Let yourself remember why you DO want to do the work! Your mind is motivated by pictures! ACTION = BUILDS MOMENTUM - write down a list of things you want to do/change/ improve - highlight the MOST important to you (you might find it’s the one you’re most avoiding, or the one that’s causing the most stress) - Focus on that ONE thing, decide what/when/ where/how - create anchors (alarms, reminders, notes, accountability partners) that help you to SHOW UP for yourself each day I’d love to know - what’s your ‘thing’ that you want to change or improve? 15.01.2022 WRITE IT DOWN! You probably already know that I’m a big fan of writing lists & journaling out my thoughts. I feel like I talk about it all the time!! I just whole-heartedly believe there’s no better way to clear your mental clutter - and move forward with clarity and purpose I’m also a big fan of writing notes on post-it and mirrors - because what better way to be reminded of your goals and affirmations than to see them constantly! ... Here is my morning routine on my mirror - makes it so easy to get up and go! No thinking ‘umm.. how will I start my day?’ which can often lead to inaction and time wasting - and rushing! Which is stressful! What you see here are the daily actions that serve me and the order I like to do them in - so I wrote them on my mirror, took the ‘thinking’ out of it as a reminder to JUST TAKE ACTION! Ever since I did that my mornings have transformed (I’m not a morning person and so I need alllll the help I can get!) Routine is also SO important for managing stress & anxiety- so of course if you set up your day well, you have the mental strength to tackle anything Are you a write-it-down kinda person too? My personal faves are: citrine - abundance, positive, power aventurine - absolves fear, heart healing, calming... rose quartz - love, forgiveness, compassion Yes, crystals have amazing energetic qualities, but for me personally I find using them as ANCHORS to my intentions/goals/desires is what makes them such a powerful part of my rituals Do you love crystals too? 15.01.2022 I’ll be completely honest. Exercise and I have an interesting relationship! I can go through periods of feeling totally motivated, and other times I put it off and find every excuse as to why I ‘can’t right now’ During Covid I tried some mat Pilates classes online, and have just recently tried Reformer - which I LOVE! I am definitely someone who needs to exercise outside of their home, be around other people (but not too many ) and booking in means I will actually... GO! Movement supports my mental health too and I feel SO much better when I move my body in nourishing ways Heading in to the festive season and ‘rush’ of the end of year, our individual + collective energy can get a little... ummm.. scattered Physical movement is great for grounding that energy, getting you out of your head and into your body - and your base chakra will love you for it too! #grounding I’ve already booked in all my classes until the end of the year - a commitment to myself and a reminder that I do have time and space to look after me! plus, I feel so organised! 13.01.2022 Today I woke up, and almost immediately my mind began to race with all the ‘things’ that I have to do this week. If you’re anything like me, you keep a lot on your head! As much as possible I like to plan things out and write them down, to avoid overwhelm - but sometimes you just wake up and it’s ALL there, top of mind! Once I noticed the thoughts and the feeling of anxious energy building, I got myself out of bed and sat in my meditation chair. I did some EFT tapping, ...a heart-chakra meditation and then pulled some oracle cards. All up it would have been about 10 minutes that I gave myself to sit, listen, feel and tune in. I’m so grateful to have my toolkit of practices to draw on, as afterwards I felt so much better! I guess I’m sharing this because I want you to know it’s all part of the human experience to sometimes feel a little ‘wobbly’ However, it’s as simple as taking a little time to explore why and listen to the insights that will help move that energy on - and help you feel better See more

12.01.2022 My morning has begun with a sleep in, snuggling Audrey and listening to the rain I’ve got plans later today, but for now there’s plenty of time for a little more self care... because what better way to spend a rainy Sunday morning! Lately I have been so aware of when I start getting into ‘do’ mode (when its really time to switch off) and since I’ve been actively decreasing my phone time, I am more often making the ‘small’ things a priority. Like I always say - it’s... the repetition of ‘little’ things that create the momentum and lead to big shifts! 12.01.2022 So much of the work I do with clients is working out what beliefs make up their belief system - and get clear on which ones to keep + and which to release So this morning when I was about to fill up my new outdoor tub I caught myself thinking Morning baths are a bit indulgent and I almost didn’t do it! Instead... I stopped and asked myself...... Is this belief expansive? Does that serve me to grow an abundance mindset? Is this belief even mine? I realised an old pattern was popping up and in that moment, I chose a better feeling thought. Of course I can have a morning bath!! I am WORTHY of doing what makes me feel my best! I found a bath and most of the materials on Facebook marketplace in a very thank-you-universe kinda way... then got too busy to put it all together This week, the theme of my group coaching program was RELEASE... and I encouraged all the ladies in the program to do some major decluttering - unfinish...ed tasks, household clutter, wardrobe cleansing, anything ‘annoying’ - we all committed to closing those loops So of course I knew this was the week to make it happen! I can happily say the project is now complete I soaked in the tub with a vinountil I got pruney and I feel so excited to be able to relax in my little oasis now whenever I like!! 08.01.2022 Hi friends! Well it’s been a little while since I been on here - and though the break was completely unplanned - it happened and was well timed! August has been a big month at the studio, so between face-to-face & online clients, in my down time I’ve just been looking after myself and remembering that #selfcare is important!! (Plus, by the look of this photo, removing pug hair from all my clothes ) Interestingly, there’s a bunch of upgrades happening within my busine...ss right now and it only dawned on me today (after I went and had a Reiki session for myself!) that looking back on the last 5 years, something significant always happens in August for me Generally it’s something ‘external’, and biz related, like changing location or gaining a new qualification or adding a new offering, but this year August has wanted me to take any downtime I have to go inwards I’m processing an upgrade in mindset, energetic abilities and my psychic senses - and it’s exciting, frazzling, emotional & expansive all at once! I’ve been prioritising self care rituals, meditation, going for walks, reading, and just being with my own thoughts and feelings One of the best things has been getting back to journaling everyday! After I do my skincare routine at night, I’ve been popping on some music, journaling my thoughts & gosh it has helped me sleep deeper! Anywho, that’s been my month so far! 07.01.2022 TODAY IS A GOOD DAY Every morning I wake up and say this affirmation- which plants the seed in my mind to LOOK OUT and EXPECT that good will come my way! An anxious mind can often wake up with the opposite thoughts, worrying about all kinds of things (some real, most imagined ) which means the brain is looking for things that confirm that. Aka if you expect to have a bad day, you’re going to notice those things more, than any good or positive things Google ‘confir...mation bias’ for a longer explanation So, if we know we have the power to plant a powerful seed at the start of the day, why not use this to our advantage! 05.01.2022 Earlier this afternoon I was caught up in an annoying tech debacle and could feel the frustration rising up within me I was working to a deadline, trying to edit and upload a video to my G-drive to send it off, but the more I pushed the more I couldn’t get it to work! Not only was it super annoying (valid!) but I could hear the stories in my mind, that I was layering on top.... I’m not technical, this is too hard, I can’t do this etc ... Once the pity party got really un-fun I realised that the pain of all of this was actually more from my INTERNAL state than what was actually happening! So I stopped, took a breath, remembered I CAN CHANGE MY STATE and went for a walk A good reminder that in any moment, we can choose how we react, respond and take action that serves us By the time I returned, I had a new perspective. I had let go of the frustration and felt so much better! The best part, one of my beautiful clients saw the insta story I shared and sent me a text on how it had resonated with her! 04.01.2022 Do you find it hard to celebrate your wins? Try this 3-Step Reframe! An old pattern of mine that pops up from time to time, is that after I do something well - I don’t let myself celebrate or be proud of that achievement. Instead my natural pattern is - what I could do better, what I did ‘wrong’ or how might I be ‘judged’. So today, after a speaking presentation (that went really well btw!), when I noticed those pesky old ways creeping in, I did these 3 things to change t...he critical thoughts to kind ones Try these 3 tips next time you catch yourself running this old pattern, and you’ll feel the shift too 1. Recognise the unhelpful thoughts 2. EFT Tapping 3. Give yourself praise, 5 statements of why you are proud/what went well After steps 1-3, then you could add Step 4 and evaluate and reflect what could be done differently or better next time - but it will come from a place of love, not self-judgment now I’d love to know if this was helpful! Hi friends, Checking in to see how you all are going With my December schedule very full (which I love!) it means I’ve been seeing lots of beautiful people and found there’s been a few key themes that keep coming up... so I’m sharing here in the case it helps you too! 1. Create boundaries between work and home. Change your clothes when you get home, take a shower, go for a walk, do *something* that clearly defines the end of y...our work day and the beginning of your evening (aka YOU time) That way work stress won’t leak into your non-work time An example of this: If you’re lying awake in bed, thinking about work, can’t get to sleep - this tip is for you! 2. Be kind to yourself Yes, it’s Xmas Yes, we are wrapping up a wild year Yes, there’s some crazy energy happening in the planets atm And yes, you might be super busy at work/in biz/socially/etc. Take all that into account and be kind to yourself. Today’s sessions brought such incredible aha’s, profound insights, tears mixed with laughter and joy. Most powerful of all, is the huge RELEASE that my clients feel for having the support to let go of old beliefs... ultimately giving them a new path to FREEDOM I have been doing such deep healing work on myself lately, to guide me throu...gh my own ascension - and it brings me such joy to hold that space for the women I am working with too Transformation is taking place, within us and around us.
