24.01.2022 Hello everyone, hope you are all well. Just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone for the love and support we have received during these difficult times. Thank you for your messages, flowers and beautiful cards, it mean so much to know that so many people are thinking of us and we are truly grateful... On a brighter note we are back home now and will be reopening the cafe 7:30am this Thursday 29th October and can’t wait to see you all again. Once again thank you for your support and understanding. Just a small tribute to 2 loving people who have now made it back home to each other. RIP pappa and mama till we meet again, love you always and forever See you all soon

20.01.2022 Well, here we are again!!! What devastating times we live in right now, and trying so hard to keep positive and keep battling on. Just updating what we will be doing at The Haven Wave Cafe as of Wednesday. Trading Wednesday as usual 7:30 until 3pm then Sal and I have decided to do Take Away on a restricted menu and see how we go.... Hours will be 7:30 until 2pm and we will keep you updated if any changes occur. We would like to take the opportunity to say a HUGE thank you to you all, we can’t believe how supportive you have all been It’s been overwhelming and we are truly grateful for each and every one of you. I would like to ask if you could let your friends and families know as not everyone has Facebook, I will also put a sign up tomorrow with all the information. Once again thank you all and hope to see you all soon Sal, Trish and staff.

15.01.2022 Hello everyone hope you are all well and had a wonderful day. Update: As you probably all know by now, as of midnight tonight we are able to have dine in again. It is restricted to 10 people inside at a time and with a distance of 1.5 mtrs between tables.... This is awesome news but comes with not much time to get ourselves organised in order to have it all run smoothly as possible! We have also been dealing with some personal issues therefore we have decided that we won’t return to a full menu with breakfast until next Thursday. Trading hours will continue to remain Thursdays through to Sunday’s from 7:30 until 2 pm until further notice. We appreciate your support and understanding through this transition. 12.01.2022 Good morning everyone, Last night at 8:30pm, not long after I had just returned from being with him, Sal’s dad lost his fight to cancer. He was such a fighter until the very end, he gave it all he had and we were blessed to have spent days as a family surrounding him, singing and talking to him and letting him know we loved him.... I am so truly grateful to have been given that time. Rest In Peace Pa, you have gone home to your Creator and now reunited with your Love Maria Fusca. You are home Pappa, LOVE you forever We will not be opening the cafe this week or next depending on what days the wake and funeral are as I need to go back in the next couple of days to be with Sal and the family. We are very sorry for this but hope you will understand that we need to be together as a family through this difficult time. Please let your friends and family know as not everyone has Facebook and I will put a note on the cafe door. Once again thank you all for your love and support. Love Sal and Trish

Coconut and pineapple cheesecake served with cream and a warm pineapple caramel, mandarin and almond cake with a bitter sweet sauce,Apple, lemon and ginger tea cake and also our new coconut and raspberry/ blueberry slice.
