08.01.2022 Hello everybody and a very (belated) Happy 2018 to you all. So.... how is the start of the year going for you ? Feeling motivated yet ? ... Are you making room in your life for all of the "new" to come in? Are you connecting to the 11 energy of the year ? Personally I believe the 11 is all about pillar strength..... that being, the self and "it's" connection to that which it resonates with, mind, body and soul, whether it be meditation, universal connection,sitting in nature, watching the power of the ocean, watching the sun set etc making time for YOUR thing, what ever that is. I have followed a site on Facebook for some time now called GAIA some of you may already be aware of this site and may even be members, I finally become a member a few days back and have to say, LOVING it. It's full of documentaries, movies, talks and great yoga sessions. Cannot recommend this site highly enough. Last night Andrew and I attended a 2 hour lower back Yin Yoga and core practice/workshop with the wonderful Meg Linton from MegHQ and Stuart Adams from Yin Yoga Australia, loved it !! and it sparked in me again the importance of the 11 energy... Thanks Guys Giving ourselves that time to reconnect( however that maybe for you), will have benefits not just for yourself but for those around you, the follow on effect from a peaceful mind and open heart can only be a positive one.
