24.01.2022 | Self care is spending quality moments with my little man, traveling with @nickgiesch, moving everyday, eating plant based Whole Foods. If I dont to these things I feel super stressed, overwhelmed, angry and sad. I feel as if I have compromised myself. Whats Self care for you? What keeps you balanced and happy?

20.01.2022 | Another Project Self seminar done and another group through. We are so proud to be apart of this life altering program. Project Self is a 3 month program where by you train and smash your workout goals with @humphrishealthjosh you are kept mobile, pain free and have exercises tailored to you by @humphrishealth_physio we monitor your nutrition plans and gut testing and most importantly you are kept ACCOUNTABLE weekly by the incredible @babyy_trouble This is a team we are so grateful to work along side and most importantly help change peoples lives

14.01.2022 | We test each patient that comes through the door at our clinic. We screen every one on the spot for bacterial imbalances, pH, heavy metals and body composition. We then use a combined approach to healing. The results showing are for a patient who has had a stand still in their weight loss. This was because of bacterial overgrowth present and from a Chinese Medicine point of view weakened energetics - we need to correct this as what will happen is the patient will continue to diet and train without the results they are after. After Rhi and I discussed this cause we have used a combination of Naturopathic and Chinese herbs to correct the bad bacterial overgrowth and aid in weight loss goals! @ Windsor, Victoria, Australia

04.01.2022 | Had a blast at @tagdigital Lunch and Learn series on STRESS management in the workplace. Such a fun team to treat they were super open to get their body analysis, acupuncture treatments and goodie bags! Excited to implement their individual treatment plans to assist with stress and wellbeing. Thanks for having us cant wait to come back next month!
