24.01.2022 Recently, I have been inspired by the remarkable work of Brené Brown and The Holistic Psychologist. I have been truly amazed at the revolutionary holistic approaches to therapy through the lens of radical self-awareness. It is so beautiful that spirituality and psychology can co-exist harmoniously with the intention of deepening into new layers of neurological and energetic re-wiring. It has been interesting in my own individual subjective experience to witness what it means ...to act and speak in alignment with what is true. I feel that categorising polarities can sometimes lead to judgement, however I have the intention of empowering energetic discernment and awareness. To be the witness of where you are residing means to just be aware. Then one can make the active choice to move accordingly if they wish. Emotions (energy in motion) are our vital and primal tools for radial self-empowerment and in honouring your higher self there is an active commitment to be true to them in whatever way, shape or form this presents. 21.01.2022 Environmentalism: individual ascension and empowerment through victim consciousness. What I have learnt, is that the biggest step towards healing the planet is connection to our hearts and spirit. Often there are subconscious undertones influencing the way we respond to what is occurring for us. What I am interested in exploring, is how our individual connection to self through radical self-inquiry, impacts the ability to connect, listen and respond to what is occurring on the planet right now. We are all in this together whether we like it or not.
