25.01.2022 This week I finished another plan ready for tendering. Kalana Homes will draft a plan for your project for the purpose of tendering free of charge.
24.01.2022 Installing the plaster sheet to Unit 1 of a dual occupancy that we are constructing at Mannering Park. Connor is an employee of Kalana Homes and Adam is a student who spent a week with us as part of the construction course he is undertaking at Avondale High School.
24.01.2022 This week saw the waterprrofing to Unit 1 Completed, and passed by the PCA. Connor keeps his record of being passed on the first time on the inspection.
16.01.2022 Finished drilling the piers and time to fill them with concrete. Sorry about the blurry photo, must have got some mud on the lens.
15.01.2022 With the waterproofing finished, Steve the plumber is in to fit the bath. Waiting on Wall & Floor tiles from Thynk
05.01.2022 Dry enough to get a start. We laid down some road base to help dry the site. The wind helped.
03.01.2022 This is what they want me to build house on ! This is going to be a challenge.
