24.01.2022 @ellieandnutrition our Accredited Practicing Dietitian has been behind our nutrition Instagram posts over the past few weeks. Although she can’t do face to face consults currently, she is able to consult over the phone to determine the best meal plan for you. I just got my meal plan sent me, and not only does it guide me on what I should be eating, there are some awesome recipes too.
