25.01.2022 In the midst of all this chaos, it helps to think of positives so we don’t get swallowed up by all the overwhelming news that is life right now. Personally, I had a shit year last year, what went wrong went wrong, but in retrospect now I see the obstacles we fought against have prepared us for what's to come, and who would have thought that the world as we know it would be changing in such a drastic way. So as the last few days have unfolded, I’ve started homeschooling my s...on who only started kindy this year (#sendwine). I’ll use the time to sort through the mountain of laundry and toys that accumulate and try to get some cleaning done (wish me luck!) and try keep my kids and myself entertained without going too crazy lol I'm also focused on providing normality to my family as best as possible given the circumstances and I’ve started to focus on what I can do to help others. I am looking for the positives, and am keeping an eye out for that rainbow that always follows after a storm. Stay safe xx

10.01.2022 Your intuition is one of your greatest super powers, if you know how to use it. But like anything it's just like riding a bike, you just need to keep practising as often as possible and before long you'll be going with the flow, able to jump obstacles at ease, solve complex issues and take confident steps through doors where you couldn't see them before. Working with your intuition is a journey, not a destination. 08.01.2022 You would have to be living under a rock if you are not aware of what’s happening in the world right now. So I am hoping that most know that to help stop the spread we need to stay home or ‘self-isolate’. But it’s not all doom and gloom, try to make a positive out of this time and turn your ‘self-isolation’ into a staycation!! Take virtual tours of zoos, see some marine life online, watch some fun documentaries with the kids whatever it is you feel you need to do to break th...e monotony. Let your imagination run wild! If you have kids home try make learning fun, and if you’re like me it is OK to have a at lunchtime or earlier . Keep some house rules but be flexible during this time else you will do your head in. We are not imprisoned, we are keeping safe. Keeping our loved ones, friends, families and community safe, preventing the spread of this horrid virus.
