07.01.2022 I’m not sure I can cram anymore deliciousness into my apricot chicken! Spinach on the bottom wilts perfectly once heated, risoni, beans blanched just enough to remain crunchy, slow cooked onions, ginger, apricot cheeks and chicken thighs, topped with almonds. My dinner tonight
