16.01.2022 Made this tonight, really quite tasty, and hit the spot while I’m fighting a cold . I did use bone in thigh cutlets instead of wings so the meat was a bit chunkier. I also added some garlic the recipe didn’t call for, because I felt it would help the germs on their way (and I can’t help myself but add garlic to everything ). Definitely a great hearty soup if you want to try something with a different flavour!
