LTD have been serving up some mean coldies since 2013 using both their smaller Toddys to make single origin cold brews as well as their commercial Toddys to make their Saint cold brew that gets turned into an array of different coldies on both dairy and soy milk.

Ever since we opened we wanted to bring great coffee to the centre of the Valley. From espresso to pour overs to cold brew, weve been driven to serve both great variety and quality in our coffee. From the beginning when we were in somewhat of a coffee desert, to now when specialty coffee is more popular than ever, we still like to allow our product to speak for itself. Aside from our commitment to having the best espresso we can make consistently, we are well known for our unique beer bottled cold brew. We make our house blend and assemble dairy and soy cold brews using a strong ratio, for the discerning coffee addict. We also make black cold brews on either our house OR using one of our rotating single origins, for some specific flavour hits. We pride ourselves in being as attentive as humanly possible. 12.01.2022 On the Bakery Lane stage at 10am, we welcome Penny whos sharing a demonstration on how to use the Gold Filter. __ The "Coffee-For-One" Gold Filter is a simple, easy-to-use, environmentally friendly and sustainable piece of brewing equipment used to brew one serve of filter coffee.... The filter uses 23 karat gold plated stainless steel mesh imparting no flavour onto your coffee, so you taste the coffee and not the filter (unlike many paper filters). The mesh has minuscule holes meaning that very little sediment makes it into your cup of coffee. The convex shape makes it suitable for 99% of cup/mug sizes. Being lightweight yet durable makes the filter great for camping, caravanning and travelling. Above all the gold filter is just so simple to use. With a focus on keeping it simple and consistent they take pride in every cup of coffee we brew. They have a huge love for our community and enjoy hosting food trucks and monthly handmade markets.
