29.05.2022 I’ve been a little busy this week with a few projects so hadn’t put up the arrival of the Dragon Bushmasters. Up on the website & plenty in stock so get stuck in as they will go fast.

24.01.2022 New ICM, Special Hobby and Airfix arrived and going up online shortly. Quite a few restocks as well. The Racing Spits are all sold I’m afraid but more should arrive late next week. More to come tomorrow. ;)

22.01.2022 I also just wanted to provide a bit of information regarding the business moving forward. It appears from all advice received so far that due to the fact we are co located with what has been deemed to be an essential service (the Post Office) that we will be open for the duration of the virus shut down including most higher level close downs. What this means is that our online business will continue to trade during the current conditions & you will still be able to enter the ...shop but must abide by social distancing rules and my understanding this morning is that we will have to cap the number of people in the store at any one time. Hours of operation may change so please keep an eye on here for any updates We would also obviously ask that should you display ANY symptoms you dont visit and instead contact us and if youre a Brisbane local Ill try and work out a way to get supplies to you even if I have to drop it on your doorstep myself. For interstate and out of Brisbane customers Australia Post will operate throughout the outbreak so we will still be able to get parcels to you (its not like they have to go far from the shelves !) but just be aware delivery times may slow for obvious reasons. We have some good business partners & friends so new deliveries will arrive still so keep an eye out. We will get through this. My intention is also to bring my staff through this with me so please do support us if you can. Stay safe and well and shout if you need a hand. Keep an eye out here for any future updates as of course the situation is fluid.

22.01.2022 A shipment finally cleared the wharfs after sitting there for a month so Meng Dr1s have arrived in both versions though I do have a few preorders. Just be aware they seem to have the same problem with the wing break that pretty well every review of them has had. It’s an easy fix but just be aware it is there and they pretty well all have it. A few other Kinetic goodies in the MQ & RQ drones plus the new decal option E2-C. The Asuka Luchs in 1/35 with brass barrel plus the Meng Wandering Earth vehicle for something a little different. Should all be appearing on the website shortly.

22.01.2022 A small top up of kits arrived yesterday. There were more but alot didnt even make it out of the cartons before being claimed ! Also a restock of Deluxe Products glues and puttys so we are goid in that area again too. Monday will see more arrivals so keep an eye out.

Weve done a deal with a local wholesaler looking to quit Minicraft so have bought all their remnant stock at a great price. So, if youre looking for something a little different for a reasonably quick and tidy build (Ive built a couple of the PBY1 Privateers/Liberators) come and have a look at these. 19.01.2022 Hopefully my photography is better this time ! The new Kittyhawk 1/32 Mirage 2000c and 1/48 Dauphin are in stock as are the 1/16 Takom Panzer 1s. Just be aware due to preorders Ill have very few of the Kittyhawk kits on shelf so grab them ASAP if you want them.

18.01.2022 A lot of new items and restocks have rolled in over the last few days ! The new Vespid Models 1/72 Comet and Maud , Kopro new tool Mig21R, Eduard 1/32 Bf108 weekend edition amongst others. More 1/16 Classy Hobby M5A1s, restocks of Double Ugly Phantom books plus IBG,Academy,Revell,Meng,Airfix restocks and more. All should now be showing online. :)

16.01.2022 As teased yesterday very excited and happy to announce we are now an Aussie distributor/retailer for Dream Models. These should all appear online this afternoon but a couple of good chunks have been made in the order already. I hope to include more of the etch and accessory sets on the next restock. Plenty more good news to come, hopefully very shortly.

15.01.2022 A finish to the week with some recent Infinty arrivals as well as the new GF9 Battlefield in a box arrivals into stock. All should now be live on the website.

14.01.2022 Oops....have been too busy packing outgoing orders and forgot to post the Takom arrivals ! Basically if Takom still makes it or its new we have it in stock currently. Thanks everyone for the continued online support. 39 orders out the door after the weekend so you are definitely keeping me busy.

14.01.2022 If youve already cornered the market in toilet paper in preparation for the flu apocalypse isolation youre going to need something to do with your spare time ! Weve acquired most (I didnt pick up the MRAPs) of the local wholesalers stock of Kinetic kits which they will no longer be distributing. What this means is we now have a hundred or so Kinetic kits all under $50 with most under $40. Why pay twice that elsewhere?

14.01.2022 And the finally arrived earlier in the week ! Very happy to announce officially that we are the Australian distributors for the Fishbone Inc / Liang weathering stencils the first of which just arrived after a much delayed 3 month trip from Singapore due to CV19. Im currently also looking at bringing in the Dreammodel 1/72 AH-1Z from them as well so if that would float your boat please let me know so that I can gauge interest.

12.01.2022 Finally the new Eduard releases arrived. Unfortunately the Spitfires have been short supplied in this batch but more are coming ! The new Zvezda M4a2 Sherman is there plus the 1/32 Stearmans. Will have them in the system once Ive come back from dropping all the outbound parcels at the local post office. Another car load so thank you for all of the orders ( the local post office says thank you too ass Ive been inundating them with parcels ! :) )

12.01.2022 Space. The final fr..... Well you get the gist of it! Restocks of what have been the hard to get BSG Raptors plus Dragon historical space subjects on the shelves! Also in are the Vallejo colour shift paints.

12.01.2022 The ICM He111 Zwillings have finally arrived however all are presold. More are on the way though. A smattering of new Eduard including the Ernst Udet special edition and some ICM also in. Please also be aware that the exchange rate and a dramatic increase in shipping charges from OS are going to have a significant upwards impact on prices going forward in at least the short term.

12.01.2022 Friday morning goodness.. A full restock of SMS paint brushes ! We had SOLD out completely so were are now back to carrying the full brush range. Remember SMS is an Aussie company who have just celebrated their 4th birthday. Buy local,support local.

12.01.2022 Well start the day with some Hasegawa restock along with a rogue Takom one thrown in ! From yesterday all of the Special Hobby Super Mystere/ Saar special boxing are SOLD. Im trying to get more so if you want to be on the list for the new arrivals please let me know.

12.01.2022 The new release Eduard Lysander, Spirited Mk8 Weekend Edition and 1/32 Bf108 boxing are in. Also new from ICM are the 1/48 glass nose A-26 Invader, the 1/35 Chernobyl#2 set, 1/32 US WASPS & 1/48 Romanian He111 boxing. Finally for the kits is the 1/72 Sword Spitfire Mk8.XVIe. Last of all the A&M new release Stuka books have arrived!

09.01.2022 The new 1/48 Airfix Tiger Moths have arrived and are in stock along with a small smattering of other recent releases including the 1/48 Special Hobby C-3A. With a little luck I may see the ICM Zwillings tomorrow.

09.01.2022 The new Trumpeter Bismark in 1/350 along with the new 1/35 M1142 Tactical Fire Fighting Truck are now in stock ! Also a small Eduard top up and a Deluxe Materials and Vallejo restock .

07.01.2022 I hadnt expected to be as deluged with PMs over the weekend about what was happening with the shop so heres a little bit of a run down to fill everybody in. The Newsagency and Post Office has been sold. I was approached out of the blue by a buyer in August last year (it wasnt on the market) and settles, all going according to plan, on next Monday the 29th June. The hobby component is staying with me and will move to a new location yet to be confirmed. Im currently lookin...g at three possible locations that will allow me to expand considerably the range and services offered in the business. The plan is to take 4-8 weeks off and to have everything ready to go by late October at the latest. In the mean time everything will continue online including new releases. :) In the mean time and to reduce the amount of stock I have to move on the weekend were having an in store 20% off sale as flagged by the OP image. Everything hobby related purchased over the counter until 2pm this Saturday the 27th of June will have 20% taken off the marked price (excluding special orders,magazines and stock ordered in specifically for a customer) ! :)

05.01.2022 Belated update but weve restocked alot of the Bolt Action core sets along with a couple of Rubicon kits. Gaming wise should have the rest of the Team Yankee new release Brits finally in sometime next week !

03.01.2022 New arrivals, probably most waited for being the new 1/32 Italeri Tornado GR4 ! Most of these pre-sold and one of the extras I did have sold yesterday when delivering a different one to its new owner so unfortunately only a couple will be up for sale shortly on the website. I do however have another 10 on the way that may arrive as early as next Monday. Also in are the 1/72 Eduardo Me110 boxing’s and the new 1/48 P51 boxing. Also in is Airfix reissue of the 1/24 109.

03.01.2022 Restocks of SMS are in along with the new colours in the range (RAAF and armour) plus the SMS tweezers and sanders . Rumors abound that we may be getting a new rack soon that will house the entire range, so while were struggling with room currently to fit the mall in as soon as we have that well once again expand to the full SMS range. ;) And remember, SMS is an Australian made and owned product. 02.01.2022 My apologies that Ive been a bit quiet for the last month since selling the shop but Ive been trying to have a bit of a break. Back to work, online only for now at least though with lots of goodies arriving and on the way. On the shop front side of things I did have a look at a warehouse at Archerfield Friday and have one to look at on Tuesday on the north and an Annerley location as well so things starting to move slowly in that direction too. The website went back into full operation Friday and it looks like people we noticed as I got hammered with orders. Thanks for being patient waiting for me to reactivate it ! Stay tuned. ;)

02.01.2022 Sorry for being a little bit quiet at the moment but other things have of course been taking priority at yhe moment ( if you havent visited we are also a post office & newsagency but more on thjs shortly). Anyhow good news with a big swag of new arrivals including the new 1/32 PZL 11 , Modelsvit 109 & Kopro Gazelle plus lots more. 01.01.2022 Lots of goodies finally starting to come through from overseas (though I still have an order that has been sitting at customs or the port for 3 weeks . ). The new Eduard, ICM , AZ , Revell and Arma along with a few restocks.

01.01.2022 An enormous restock of Eduard now in stock and live online. Basically if you it was available from Eduard about two months ago I now have it in stock. Yes, Desert Babe is in there but I have only received 10 of the 20 plus I was told I was getting so until Ive confirmed with those who put their name down for one I have none currently unspoken for. By the looks of it I will also have the Eduard "Wild Sau" , Spitfire and Extra Long Range P-51s by as early as end of week with a little luck so please let me know if you want your name against one !

01.01.2022 A big Zvezda kit restock including the new release Pantsir ,Bumerang APC & K5350 truck along with some other smaller scale new releases. Big restock on the Civilian airliners however about 80% of them in this delivery are already spoken for by one customer so if you see one youre chasing get in quickly !
