24.01.2022 The Lifeguard Service started at Goolwa Beach today They’ll be patrolling from midday to 6pm everyday from now until Australia Day (Goolwa SLSC members p...atrol weekends and public holidays). A huge thank you to Goolwa SLSC for its ongoing support of this service. We hope everyone enjoys our gorgeous coastline over the holiday period and that you remember to swim between the flags.

21.01.2022 If you’ve loved having Goolwa Pippi Co as a dining and/or coffee option these past months (they even did a fine job of responsibly serving the community during recent restrictions), please click through to the very short online survey below, and give them your support. They are seeking an extension of their agreement with council beyond the current expiry date of April 2021. It takes no more than a couple of minutes.

17.01.2022 The magnificently majestic Southern Right Whales are among the first visitors to come back to Alexandrina following the lifting of restrictions. The first group... have been frolicking in our waters and providing some entertaining viewing from our shores. Don’t forget to keep a look out if you are visiting the region, and if you are on the water, remember to maintain a distance of 300m between your vessel and the whales.
