Some of you may not be aware that Ellie had a number of weeks recovering from bad burns to her hands. The temptation of freshly made brigadeiro on the bench was too much for this four year old. As soon as she dived her hands into the boiling hot mixture she realised that it wasn't a great idea. Brigadeiro is as hot as caramel and just a...s sticky. 09.01.2022 Markets are our backbone. We began our journey at a small local market in our community and quickly expanded to the Hobart Farmers Market and Salamanca Markets in Hobart. Markets gave us exposure to new customers and new opportunities. We quickly expanded to selling our chocolates at events, conferences and weddings. Our chocolates were served to hundreds of people at the Ricky Ponting Awards medal dinner, the Australian Nurses Conference and the International Riversymposium.
