Your responsibilities will be: Preparing and cooking food according to the men Following the procedures indipendently to organise, storing, portioning and platting food... Making gluten free and vegan cakes Planning and updating week specials in consultation with the manager and make estimation of ingredient requirements and costs. Apply health and safety procedures. You need to have a minimum 2 years experience as a Cook and preferably in a busy caf environment. Preferably Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery. Good communication skills and attitude.
