22.01.2022 Watering Wednesday I really love this idea as a reminder to water your indoor plants. But please remember....... Not all indoor plants require the same amounts of water. Some will need to be watered every Wednesday (once a week), however some will require more or less than that. So always study your plant and find out it’s watering/soil requirements. Some need to stay moist, some need to dry out in between waterings. You could ‘check’ your plants every Wednesday by placing a finger 1-2 inches into the soil and see if it requires watering. Happy Wednesday : @pinterest

21.01.2022 TOP TIP You don’t need a green thumb if you want your indoor plants to thrive. All you need is some basic tips. 2 important things I always look at are: Light ... Location Look at the light situation in your home. All plants need light to grow, but some need more, or less, than others. It is important to find the right light for your plant. Direct sun, bright light, and low light are very different. Not enough light and your plant will not grow and wilt away, too much sun and your plant might suffer from sunburn. Knowing the light in your home and the light your plant requires, sets you up for success. If you don’t know what type of light your plant likes, or what type of light your room has, you may have to move your plant around every few weeks to find out where it does best. A good rule of thumb is that in general, most houseplants like a bright window with some diffused sun part of the day. : @thebalconygarden

16.01.2022 Maidenhair ferns prefer to be in a very bright position. Look for a spot where there is enough natural (indirect) light. If the room is a bit darker try to keep the fern closer to window to maximize how much light it receives. A good way to tell if it’s a good position is that you will be able to see the sky from the plants perspective. Cool direct sun either in the morning all year round, or direct afternoon sun in winter provides a huge boost to the growth speed without burning the plant. Maidenhair ferns are one of the few plants that you cannot over-water! They love to be consistently moist at all times. Avoid watering onto the leaves as they may snap. Watering directly onto the soil or place the plant in a tray of water for 20 minutes and let it drink from the tray.

10.01.2022 RAINDROP PEPEROMIA - (Peperomia Polybotrya) Raindrop Peperomia’s grow best near a window with bright light. However, avoid direct afternoon sunlight, as this may burn the leaves. During spring and summer, thoroughly water your plant and then allow the soil to dry between watering. It’s easy to overwater these plants as their stems and leaves store water, which allows the plant to go longer without water. Pay attention to the soil. To avoid overwatering, stick one fing...er in the soil. If the soil is dry, water the plant. Available on the website for just $15. Concrete pot also $15

08.01.2022 Chlorophytum Comosum - SPIDER PLANT Bright light is best but not essential. They are well known for being window plants. But be careful and make sure that your spider plant does not get too much sun. The leaves will begin to burn if it is in too much sun. You only need to water your plant occasionally. 01.01.2022 Is there a preferred time of the day you should foliar feed your indoor plants with Munash Organics Indoor Plant Spray? My answer is yes. Foliar sprays should be applied early in the morning (6am - 9am) before temperatures rise. The stomata (tiny pores underneath plant leaves) open when there is daylight and close when temperatures reach 25 degrees or when it is dark. It is preferred to spray your plants when the stomata are open as this the fastest way to deliver micronutr...ients into your plants. The leaves stomata are an ideal point of entry for the micronutrients that are difficult to pull out of the soil. Available to purchase through the website. Link in bio
