08.01.2022 I'm not the kind of coach that will cut out certain food groups out of a clients meal plan as they all play a part including chocolate (it's a mental thing ). BUT... I do believe in choosing the right foods for your goals and understanding that there is a difference between them and every individual is different. So before you go and cut out carbs take a look at the healthier options and also read the below to understand WHY they are an important food source for our bodies...... Carbohydrates are all about energy. They are a universal fuel for most organs and tissues in our bodies. However, they are the primary fuel source for our brain and red blood cells as our brains cannot easily use other fuel sources such as fats and protein. Healthy carbs are also the main source of energy for our muscles during strenuous exercise.

01.01.2022 Long post alert! worth reading every word! (hint hint: 20kgs and whole new life ) Where do I start!? Rach has been a PT client and friend for about 22 weeks and been using my weight loss systems for 20 weeks!... In the time I have worked with her, this absolute WEAPON of a woman has completely changed her life!! When I met Rach... She had to drag herself out of bed every morning (and at times go back to bed once her boys left for school) She was unable to be up and about for long periods of time Moving her body in any of our workouts was a struggle She had unhealthy eating habits A HUGE lack of energy Her photography business was being affected Her boys had half of the mum they wanted And to top it off she was at a number on the scales that she was extremely unhappy with! Fast forward our time together and Rach will never look back! Now waking up earlier and earlier everyday No sleep during the day anymore because she has energy again! Completely changed her eating habits (cut out almost all lollies/chocolates/bottles of soft drinks) She gets up and goes for a 6km walk with her boys and her mum early in the mornings before school! Takes her boys to the basketball hoops Within her business, running around, playing with and amusing the little babies and toddlers has become a breeze! She powers through our workouts to the point I have had to bring in more equipment And OVER 20KGS LOST IN 20 WEEKS I have never been more proud or inspired by someone’s journey before in my life and I am immensely grateful that I have been able to witness every step of it!
